1. Who sells
The website Make Me A Prompt (makemeaprompt.com, “the site”) is operated by ABCOM, owner of the ZeroG Labs brand, registered office Piazza XXV Aprile 4, 20005 Pogliano Milanese (MI), Italy, VAT number IT07325880966, email support@makemeaprompt.com (“we”).
2. What we sell
We sell digital content: prompts, that is texts with instructions to be used with third party artificial intelligence services (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). We offer them in three forms:
- Prompt kits: a set of prompts on one topic, in two downloadable files (an HTML page and a text file).
- Category packs: all the prompts in one category of the site’s library. Prompts we add later to the same category are included for 12 months from purchase.
- Single prompts: each paid prompt in the library can also be bought on its own. Updates to that prompt are included for 12 months from purchase.
Some content is free, to try before you buy: one kit and one prompt for each topic of the library.
The prompts do not include access to any AI service, which the customer uses with their own account and under the provider’s terms. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other provider.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT. The rate depends on the country of the billing address you enter at checkout, which is why the final total is shown before you pay.
You pay when you order, with the methods shown at checkout: through Stripe, payment cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay on compatible devices, Link, Klarna, Bancontact and EPS; through PayPal, your PayPal account, including Pay in 3, and the local methods iDEAL, MyBank, Przelewy24, Trustly and Multibanco. Available methods may vary by country. Payment data is handled directly by these providers: we never see or store card details.
For now we do not sell to customers with a billing address in the United Kingdom or Brazil, for tax reasons. The site can still be browsed from these countries.
4. Contract and delivery
The contract is concluded when we receive payment. Delivery is immediate.
- Kits: the download link appears right away on the confirmation page and is sent by email; if you have an account, you will also find it under “Downloads”. You can download the file whenever you like, with no limit and no expiry, from the Downloads section of your account.
- Category packs and single prompts: you need an account to buy them, which you create at checkout. After payment you download a file with the prompts you bought, whenever you like and with no limit, also later from the Downloads section of your account. When you log in to the site with your account, you also find the same prompts unlocked. For packs, prompts added to the same category in the 12 months after purchase are unlocked in your account at no extra cost. For single prompts, you get the updates to that prompt for 12 months.

5. Right of withdrawal
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the 14 day right of withdrawal under EU and Italian consumer law does not apply once supply has started, if the customer expressly requested it and acknowledged losing the right (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(o), implementing Directive 2011/83/EU). Supply starts right after payment: the file is ready to download and, for packs and single prompts, the prompts are unlocked in your account. For this reason we ask you to confirm this choice with a checkbox at checkout.
Our extra guarantee: in addition to the legal guarantee (section 6), if a kit, a pack or a single prompt does not work as described on its page, write to us within 30 days of purchase. We first try to fix it; if a fix is not possible, we refund the price. The choice between fixing and refunding is ours.
- What “does not work as described” means: the prompt, used on one of the AI services listed on its page, does not do what the page promises. The guarantee does not cover the subjective quality of the results, a change of mind, prompts you have modified, or use on services other than those listed. Having already used the prompt is not in itself a reason for a refund.
- What we need: a concrete example, meaning the prompt you used, the AI service and the result you got.
- Limits: a refund under this guarantee can be obtained only once per customer. We may refuse abusive or repeated requests.
- How the refund works: to the same payment method used for the purchase. After the refund, the download and the prompts unlocked in your account are deactivated.
6. Legal guarantee and limits
Digital content is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under consumer law. The prompts are aids: results produced by AI services depend on the service used, its version and the information entered by the customer, and may contain errors. The customer is responsible for checking results before using them, especially for health, legal, tax or financial matters, where the prompts do not replace a professional.
7. License
When you buy a kit, a pack or a single prompt you receive a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license: you may use and adapt the prompts for your own work or business, including commercial use, without usage limits.
- You may not resell, publicly share or distribute the prompts, the files or recognizable parts of them, for free or for a fee.
- Your account is personal: you may not share it to give other people access to your unlocked prompts.
- The same rules apply to free content.
The results you obtain using the prompts are yours.
8. Support and complaints

9. Governing law
This contract is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to more favorable mandatory rules of the consumer’s country of residence. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer’s place of residence have jurisdiction. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution bodies provided by law.
