The test case (fictional people and companies)

A teacher at an invented school (Hollowbrook Middle School) prepared a 40-minute Grade 6 social studies test on Ancient Egypt and the Nile, scored out of 100, using pasted class notes. She then asked for a simplified version for a student with attention difficulties (ADHD), applying the plan's accommodations: extra time, fewer exercises, closed questions. She entered no names or student data.

What the AI answered

Check on Prompt 1

For 40 minutes I planned 6 true/false (6 minutes), 4 multiple choice (8), 3 fill-in-the-blank (6) and 2 short answers (10): about 30 minutes, leaving 10 to check answers. Whole-number points: 12 + 24 + 24 + 40 = 100. Every question comes from your notes.

List of changes (to attach to the support plan)

  1. Removed (fewer exercises): 2 true/false, 1 multiple choice and 1 fill-in-the-blank on minor details (the names of two gods). The essential topics stay: the Nile, the flood, farming, the pharaoh, pyramids, writing.
  2. Not comparable: the 2 short answers became multiple choice. The objective "explain in your own words" cannot be compared with the original test.
  3. Reworded: true/false question 2 was "The Nile never stopped flowing" (false). It is now "flooded every year" (true). The correct answer changed.
  4. Time: the sheet says "extra time as per the support plan", with no percentage.
  5. Sheet: same title as the original, no diagnosis or label.
  6. Short blocks: tick boxes for each completed part.
  7. Revised scoring: 20 + 32 + 16 + 32 = 100, whole numbers.

(Response shortened: we show only Part A, part of Part B and the list of changes. Parts C and D and the layout instructions are left out.)
