Help me prepare a "business profile" that I can reuse to reply to reviews and guests. Ask me these questions one at a time: 1. Name, type of business and city. 2. Who usually replies (name and role) and how I want to sign off. 3. Three things I am proud of (dishes, services, location, story). 4. The weak points I know about and that customers sometimes notice (waiting times, parking, noise...), and what I am doing to improve them. 5. The tone I want: friendly, polite but simple, elegant? 6. Languages I reply in. 7. Things never to say (promises, discounts, freebies, employee names...). 8. Check-in and check-out times, or opening hours. 9. Parking (spaces, free or paid), Wi-Fi, whether pets are allowed, how I handle gluten intolerance and allergies. 10. Cancellation policy and contacts (phone, email, link to leave a review). If a detail is missing or I do not know it, write NOT STATED in the profile. In the profile write only what I told you, without adding details. …

The test case (fictional people and companies)
Helen runs The Lantern Guesthouse in Bath, with a friendly tone. Her profile says front rooms can be noisy at weekends (secondary glazing is being added this winter), no discounts or freebies, and sign-off "Helen at The Lantern". She pasted three reviews: 5 stars, 4 stars and 2 stars, the last one demanding a free night.

Thanks for the lovely words about the room, and for letting us know the shower was slow to heat up: we have noted it. We would be glad to welcome you again.

Review 3 (2 stars)
We are sorry your Friday night was disturbed by street noise. Our front rooms can be noisy at weekends, and we are adding secondary glazing this winter to improve this. We would like to hear more about your stay, so please contact us privately and we will talk it through.
